Flexibility/Stretching Private Lessons The prices of stretching privates will not go up in price as these do not involve an apparatus. They will now however include extras if you buy a package of 4 or more. $35- 1 Lesson $62- 2 Lesson $100- 4 Lessons(PLUS, an extra 15minutes of an EXTRA added to one of these 4 lessons) $150-- 6 Lessons(PLUS, an extra 15minutes of an EXTRA added to three of these 6 lessons) You can choose from the following extras: -Pole(connecting your stretching towards a specific move on the pole as long as you have pole experience)
-Flexy floorwork(think mobility with more intention!) You can purchase these lessons here. Pole Fitness Private Lessons The prices for pole private lessons will be changing in 2021 due to wear and tear on the apparatus' and the cost of insurance having gone up in 2020. They will now however include extras if you buy a package of 4 or more. $40- 1 Lesson $70- 2 Lesson $120- 4 Lessons(PLUS, an extra 15minutes of an EXTRA added to one of these 4 lessons) $180-- 6 Lessons(PLUS, an extra 15minutes of an EXTRA added to three of these 6 lessons) You can choose from the following extras: -Flexibility(stretching towards a bendy goal move) -Strength & conditioning(on AND off the pole) -Floorwork(can be flow or exotic style)

Lesson 1- 1 hour of POLE
Lesson 2- 1 hour of POLE
Lesson 3- 1 hour of POLE with an extra 15 minutes to stretch towards splits.
Lesson 4- 1 hour of POLE
Lesson 1- 1 hour of STRETCH
Lesson 2- 1 hour of STRETCH
Lesson 3- 1 hour of STRETCH with an extra 15 minutes working toward a Jade split on the pole.
Lesson 4- 1 hour of STRETCH
Lesson 5- 1 hour of STRETCH with an extra 15 minutes working toward a back bendy Cocoon on the pole.
Lesson 6- 1 hour of STRETCH with an extra 15 minutes flowing through flexible floorwork/dance.
