*THERE WILL BE NO CLASS ON SEPTEMBER 17TH* The Intermediate Pole Fitness Series focuses on gaining strength and confidence by learning holds, spins, fun combos and choreography on and around the pole. This 5-week series will be every Tuesday from September 10th to October 15th 6:30pm to 7:45pm. Please note there will be no class on September 17th.
