About Pole Fitness
The Improver/Intermediate Pole Fitness Series focuses on gaining strength and confidence by learning holds, spins, fun combos and choreography on and around the pole. This is for students who have attended the beginner series. This series will be every Thursday from January 9th to February 6th 7:30pm to 8:15pm.
