About Pole Fitness
The Improvers/Intermediate Pole Fitness Series focuses on gaining strength and confidence by learning holds, spins, fun combos and choreography on and around the pole. Improvers will be working toward doing their inverts & intermediates will be working advancing their inverts. This 5-week series will be every Tuesday from January 3rd to January 31st 6:30pm to 7:45pm.
