*THERE WILL BE NO CLASS ON SEPTEMBER 21ST* The Improvers/Intermediate Pole Fitness Series focuses on gaining strength and confidence by learning holds, spins, fun combos and choreography on and around the pole. This 5-week series will be every Saturday from September 14th to October 19th 11:30am- 12:45pm. Please note there will be no class on September 21st due to Arts in the Heart*
