*NO CLASS ON SATURDAY JULY 20TH* The Improvers/Intermediate Pole Fitness Series focuses on gaining strength and confidence by learning holds, spins, fun combos and choreography on and around the pole. This 5-week series will be every Saturday from June 29th to August 3rd 11:30am to 12:45pm. Please keep in mind there will be no class on July 20th.
