About Pole Fitness
The Improvers/Intermediate Pole Fitness Series focuses on gaining strength and confidence by learning holds, spins, fun combos and choreography on and around the pole. Improvers will be working toward doing their inverts & intermediates will be working advancing their inverts. This 5-week series will be every Thursday from May 2nd to May 30th 6:30pm to 7:45pm.
