About Pole Fitness
This pole fitness series focuses on gaining strength and confidence by learning holds, spins, fun combos and choreography on and around the pole. This series will be every Tuesday from November 9th to December 14th 7:30pm to 8:45pm. Please be aware that there is a break for Thanksgiving.
