About Pole Fitness
This pole fitness series focuses on gaining strength and confidence by learning holds, spins, fun combos and choreography on and around the pole. This series will be every Monday from November 8th to December 13th 6pm to 7:15pm. Please be aware that there is a break for Thanksgiving.
