About Pole Fitness

The Beginner Pole Fitness Series focuses on gaining strength and confidence by learning holds, spins, fun combos, and choreography on and around the pole.

This 5-week series will be every Tuesday September 25th - October 23rd 6:30pm - 7:45pm.

Spaces are limited - only 6 spaces available!
