About Pole Fitness
The Improver Pole Fitness Series focuses on gaining strength and confidence by learning holds, spins, fun combos and choreography on and around the pole while preparing to invert(go upside down!). This series will be every Monday from April 12th to May 10th 7:30pm to 8:45pm.
