The Improver/Intermediate Pole Fitness Series focuses on gaining strength and confidence by learning holds, spins, fun combos and choreography on and around the pole while preparing to invert(go upside down!). This series will be every Monday from May 17th to June 14th 6pm to 7:15pm.
