*Please note there will be no class on November 8th & 22nd* The Beginner & Improver Pole Fitness Series focuses on gaining strength and confidence by learning holds, spins, fun combos and choreography on and around the pole. This 5-week series will be every Thursday(not including November 8th & 22nd) November 1st - December 13th 6:30pm - 7:45pm.
