About Pole Fitness
This mixed level Pole Fitness Series focuses on gaining strength and confidence by learning holds, spins, fun combos and choreography on and around the pole. Beginners will work on gaining strength in fun ways while Improvers will be working toward doing their inverts & intermediates will be working advancing their inverts. This 5-week series will be every Saturday from February 16 to March 16 11:30am to 12:45pm.

The Improvers/Intermediate Pole Fitness Series focuses on gaining strength and confidence by learning holds, spins, fun combos and choreography on and around the pole.
