About Pole Fitness
This mixed level Pole Fitness Series focuses on gaining strength and confidence by learning holds, spins, fun combos and choreography on and around the pole. Beginners will work on gaining strength in fun ways while Improvers will be working toward doing their inverts & intermediates will be working advancing their inverts. This 5-week series will be every Saturday from January 5th to February 2nd 11:30am to 12:45pm.
